The White Rabbit Gallery is a free-to-public art gallery located in the inner heart of Sydney showcasing an expansive collection of contemporary Chinese artwork over 4 levels.

The gallery is an excellent example on how to adaptively reuse an historic warehouse to become a modern facility with many sustainable features including reuse of rainwater, photovoltaic co-generation, a modern HVAC system and an advanced BMS system.

Northcroft was involved as the quantity surveyor and the project manager from the initial planning stage to the successful delivery and opening of the gallery.
