Northcroft was proud to be the Quantity Surveyors for the Zoological Park Board of NSW and oversee their capital revitalisation programs for both Taronga Zoo in Sydney and Dubbo Zoo in Dubbo from 1996 to 2011.

Northcroft was involved from the master plan stage to the inception and implementation of individual projects, including the following;

Southern Ocean Precinct
The Asian Precinct
The top and bottom entrances
The carpark reconfiguration at Taronga Zoo
The Savannah Cabins
The Rhino exhibit
The Elephant Exhibit at Dubbo Zoo

Northcroft (Thailand) was also engaged to procure the elephants and their transport crates from Thailand to Sydney.
