Costco is a membership warehouse club. They operate from over 560 warehouses globally and are amongst the top 10 largest retailers in the world. Since 2007, they have been expanding across Australia and we have provided strategic construction consultancy, including cost management and CDM services to Costco since their UK inception on their entire development process and the operation of existing facilities.
Costco require a fast-track delivery and place enormous emphasis on both cost and programme. Working with their consultant team we ensure that value is achieved whilst gaining time and associated benefits from a partnering approach to their supply chain.
Northcroft work with the consultant team and are an integral part of each development. All aspects of the development process are examined from the early analysis of potential sites, through the planning process, construction and the operation of existing facilities.
