Northcroft has been involved in Longbow Properties’ projects for a few years in providing Quantity Surveying services. The Clarence Street project included upgrading the lobby and amenities in an office tower.
The works were carried out in stages and included upgrade of the existing lobby entry into a modern design including and the addition of a café kiosk to provide improved amenities for the building tenants.
