Northcroft was invited by the Beijing Government to be a member of the tender panel to evaluate the design bid for the National Swimming Centre for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Working with a panel of experts from around the world, Northcroft provided Risk Assessment during the Design Tender Evaluation stage.

Following tender stage, Northcroft proceeded with development of the Risk Management Plan, to be used as the blueprints for management of the design and construction of what became known as the “White Cube”,
